Outside Hours
Emergency callout outside Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30 £155 per hour.

Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked time for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to attendance.


For larger or planned jobs like boilers, central heating systems, electrical rewires, refurbishments and major repairs, painting and decorating, carpentry and joinery, bathrooms and kitchens, please call us to arrange a free estimate. We have an average turnaround time of less than 48 hours from attending to providing you with an estimate, and can usually start most jobs at short notice. Please note however that inspections, surveys and investigations are chargeable.
